1. AOG/Time Critical Air Freight Clerk:

• Following up on urgent deliveries
• Arranging Shipments, international and domestic, AOG Shipments, On Board Courier Shipments
• Cutting Export Airwaybills (Freight)
• Booking Shipments direct with Airline
• General admin
• Invoices

2. Air Import Clerk:

• Start to Finish all aspects for Import Operations
• Customs Entries
• Emails Correspondence
• Booking in jobs
• Customer service
• Scanning
• Invoicing

3. Import Clerk Air/Ocean:

• Start to Finish all aspects for Import Operations
• PO Management
• Customs Entries
• Emails Correspondence
• Booking in jobs
• Customer service
• Scanning
• Invoicing

Salary/Rate: £24000 – £30000/annum
Location: TW14, West Bedfont, Surrey
