This is done by a team of fully trained recruitment consultants who are strictly instructed to only assign work upon completing satisfactory checks. Further checks and screening is carried out as per clients’ instructions which varies from company to company. Being delivery partner to a number of aviation related customers, we have developed a well-trained and dedicated team of referencing who follow every single step as per the BAA standards in carrying out full screening of the staff before they are deployed to work at a client’s site. Our team works in partnership with HR and Compliance Managers to ensure candidates’ files fully meet their Compliance standards and they are shared with the customers under the strict guidelines of the GDPR and in agreement with the individuals.
